How to Take Ownership of an Ultra Device on the G-Web Website

If you wish to take ownership of a device that is currently associated with another G-Web user, you have two options:

Request Transfer from Current Primary User:
Ask the current primary user to transfer the device to your existing G-Web account. Click here for the steps.
Factory Reset:
If the current primary user of the requested device is not reachable, a factory reset will need to be carried out on the physical Ultra device to reassign ownership. Click here for the steps.

Please note that the factory reset will erase all previous settings on the device. Once the factory reset has been completed, the device can be added to the requested G-Web profile.
