How to Transfer a G-Ultra/Speak Ultra from Your G-Web Account to Another User's G-Web Account

Should you want to transfer a GSM device from your G-Web account to another user's G-Web account, follow the steps below to complete the process on the G-Web website.

Please note that the user you wish to transfer the device to must have an active G-Web account linked to the email address you're entering. If not, they must register first. [Click here for account creation steps.]

Only the primary user can transfer a device. If you have secondary user rights, this option will not be available. Once the transfer is complete, the device will no longer appear on your G-Web account but on the account to which it was transferred.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Transfer a GSM Device:

Open the G-Web website and click on the My Devices icon:

Scroll right on the navigation bar and select Transfer Device:

Tap the transfer device icon beside the requested device.

Enter the email address of the account you want to transfer the device to and tap Validate email.

After the email address is validated, tap Request Transfer:

*Device Transfer may be affected by network coverage as the device being transferred needs to be synched.'

Please note that the request transfer button will be grayed out and be inactive if the user you are trying to transfer the device to does not have an existing G-Web profile associated with the email address you entered.
