This article explains how an installer can enable the installer rating feature by adding their Business Card to a SMART+ controller using the MyCentsys Pro app, and how an end user can submit a review through the MyCentsys App.
AlertNote: Installer ratings are only supported on SMART+ controllers.

Process

Installer: Add Your Business Card

For the installer rating feature to be available, the installer's Business Card must first be added to the SMART+ controller using the MyCentsys Pro app.

  1. Connect to the SMART+ controller using the MyCentsys Pro app.
  2. Tap the three dots at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Tap Business Card.
  5. Select Add Business Card.
  6. Complete the required information on the Business Card form.
  7. Tap Save.
  8. You will be prompted to save the Business Card for future use:
    • Select Yes to save it for future installations.
    • Select No to continue without saving it for reuse.
  9. The Business Card is now associated with the controller.
AlertNote: The end user must be added to the controller as an Administrator before they can submit an installer review.

End User: Submit an Installer Review

Once the installer has added their Business Card and the end user has been granted Administrator access to the SMART+ controller, the installer can be rated using the MyCentsys App.

  1. Open the MyCentsys App.
  2. Connect to the SMART+ controller.
  3. Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Select Installer Reviews.
  5. Choose the installer you would like to review.
  6. Complete the rating and review.
  7. Tap Submit.

Your review will be submitted successfully.
