How to Determine the Functionality, Compatibility and Security of Centurion Apps

With the range of CENTURION apps available on the Play Store, choosing the right compatible app for your specific motor or device and understanding each app's purpose can be challenging. In this article, we will provide a detailed explanation to help clarify which app to use and how each one functions.

MyCentsys Remote App - SMART motor configuration and settings app

Purpose: The MyCentsys Pro app is designed for configuring and adjusting settings of Centurion gate motors within Bluetooth range. It also provides diagnostics and motor logs to help users quickly identify and troubleshoot any issues.

  5. D10 Turbo SMART

Note: The MyCentsys Pro App is not compatible none SMART CENTURION motors.

Phone Requirements: 


Security:  For added security, we recommend using the built-in protection features of the MyCentsys Pro app, such as fingerprint or PIN authentication. This helps prevent unauthorized access to the app and its connected devices.  Additionally, ensure that your phone itself is secured with a lock feature, such as facial recognition, fingerprint, or PIN code. This provides an extra layer of protection for both your phone and the app.

G-Web Ultra App - ULTRA GSM calling module configuration and settings app

Purpose:  The G-Web Ultra app allows users to configure settings, add funds to the device's SIM chip or an external SIM card, check the status of the Ultra device, and access activity logs for the module.

Security: The G-Web Ultra app enhances security by requiring an email address and password for access. Since it contains sensitive information, including personal data of users, it's important to log out of your profile after each session and keep your email and password confidential.  For additional protection, ensure your phone is secured with a lock feature, such as facial recognition, fingerprint, or a PIN code, to safeguard all information on your device, including the G-Web Ultra app.

MyCentsys Remote App - SMART Motor and Ultra GSM Device Trigger App Only

Purpose:

  • SMART Motors: This app provides push notifications and the ability to perform trigger actions on SMART gate motors within Bluetooth range. Access sharing is also possible if configured in the MyCentsys Pro app.
  • Ultra Devices: The app offers live device status and health information, push notifications, and the ability to trigger actions from anywhere. Access sharing is also possible if configured in the G-Web Ultra app.

G-Remote APP:

Purpose:  The MyCentsys Remote app replaces the old G-Remote app, which was previously used for triggering Ultra devices. Since the G-Remote app was discontinued on August 31, 2024, it is no longer operational. The MyCentsys Remote app offers a more intuitive and feature-rich experience for controlling both ULTRA devices and SMART operators.
