Why won't my access number spreadsheet import into G-WEB?
The below needs to be adhered to when importing access number via a spreadsheet to G-WEB
- Ensure that all the required fields are completed. Columns A - F and J & K need to completed before importing a spreadsheet.
- Use the correct spreadsheet for importing numbers. Previous spreadsheets used on G-22/ G-Switch devices are not compatible with G-Ultra's/ G-Speak Ultras. The required spreadsheet is available on the access number section of your G-Ultra/Speak Ultra device.
- Ensure that numbers are loaded in the correct format e.g. 27 821234567.
- Do not use special character such as * & #.
The below spreadsheet for G-Ultra and G-Speak Ultra's is an example of the format to follow.
