No Ring to Handset

Possible causes:

Loose connections and the cable on the hand set not fitted properly

Low line Voltage

Cradle switch faulty/sticky

Handset Cradle cable not properly plugged in

Handset not properly on cradle.

Possible solutions:

Double check the wiring and make sure that there is no loose connections between the hand set

Make sure that the voltage is between 8-9 volts

Double check the that the cradle is in a working condition, properly plugge3d in and on the cradle
