How to Troubleshoot Manual Override Errors on the MyCentsys Pro app
If you're experiencing a manual override error error on the MyCentsys Pro app, such as:
- Manual override not toggled
- Manual override disconnected
- Manual override faulty
Follow these steps mentioned below to resolve the issue:

Check the Override Cam Position:
- Ensure the override cam is pushed all the way to the Camlock side:

Verify the Blue override Connector Block Connection:- Ensure the override blue connector block is plugged into the override port.
- Confirm that the blue cable is on the left and the grey cable is on the right of the blue connector block.
- Make sure the blue connector block is securely inserted.
Ensure that the Override Sensor is Position Correctly:
- Ensure the bottom part of the Override sensor is properly plugged into place:
Power cycle the system - Disconnect all power, remove the override sensor from the board, wait two minutes, then restore power.

If all the points mentioned above have been checked and the problem persists, the override sensor or PC board may be faulty. To confirm this, perform the following test:

- Using your multimeter, take the negative probe to the negative of the battery and the positive probe to the blue wire of the override sensor – you must get 5V
- Move the positive probe to the grey wire of the override sensor- you must get 2.27V when the manual override is closed
- When open you must get 35V
- If grey value is not present, then sensor is faulty
- If blue value Is not present, then controller is faulty (override circuit)

- Remove all connectors connected to the charger
- Open up the accessory tray to gain access to your batteries
- Remove both batteries from the motor
- Pull out the charger
- Unclip the battery tray on both sides to remove it out
- Remove the override sensor

If either the PC board or sensor is faulty, please take both PC board and sensor to your nearest CENTURION branch for evaluation.
