• Batteries not fully charged (new installations)
• Degraded or aged batteries (older than 12 months)
• No or insufficient charging voltage from PSU
• Faulty controller or PSU
• Loose or disconnected battery terminals
• Corrosion on battery leads
• No or unstable 220V AC supply
Troubleshooting Steps

1. Perform Voltage Test (Critical First Step)
• Disconnect the batteries completely
• Measure voltage on battery leads (controller/PSU side)
• Expected: ~27V DC
• If ~27V: Replace batteries
• If low/no voltage: Check PSU/controller
2. For New Installations
• Charge for at least 45 minutes
• Retry limit setup
3. For Existing Installations
• Replace batteries if older than 1 year
• If the issue persists: test the controller and PSU
4. Standard Checks
• Confirm 220V AC input
• Verify PSU connection
• Check battery connections
• Inspect for corrosion
