Learning a Remote Button for the Pedestrian Function on D5 EVO or D10

Should you desire to program a new Nova Remote button to the onboard receiver of the D5 EVO or D10 for the pedestrian gate function, which essentially opens the gate to a pedestrian opening, please follow the steps outlined below:
Learning a Remote Button for pedestrian: 
  1. Press and hold the oblong button  (between the two arrows) for approximately 2 seconds
  2. A screen will appear that says “Setting Limits”, press the up arrow once until the screen displays “Remote Controls (TX)”
  3. Press and release the oblong button   (don’t hold it) 
  4. The screen will display “Add Remote”
  5. Press and release the oblong button  (it serves as sort of an “Enter” button)
  6. The screen will display “Select Function: Scroll with the arrow until you see the Pedestrian Function
  7. Press and release the oblong button
  8. The screen will now display “Timebar Remote: No”
  9. Press and release the oblong button 
  10. The display will now ask you to press your remote button
  11. Press and release the desired remote button(s)
  12. A unique ID number will appear on the screen, indicating that the button has been successfully learned
  13. Now press the ROUND button
  14. TWICE to exit the menu
  15. You are good to go to!
