How to default your RDO11 garage operator controller board: Video Tutorial and Step-by-Step instructions.

If you wish to default a RDO11 garage operator controller board to factory settings, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Open the courtesy light cover, and remove the control box cover to expose the control board.

2. Remove all power from the control board by unplugging both batteries.

3. Move all the dipswitches to the ‘ON’ position.

4. Press both the red ‘Learn’ and black ‘Run’ buttons while re-applying the power to the control board. Once the LED flashes rapidly you my release the buttons.

5. Remove power once again.

6. Switch OFF dipswitches not required.

7. Re-apply the power.

8. The RDO has been set to factory default.

Please note that defaulting the RDO will not delete the remotes, but it will remove the operating parameters, therefore the limits will need to be reset.
