How to Upload Credits on your Ultra devices and Convert Them into Tokens using the G-web App

1. Open the G-web app and tap the device you want to top up2. Tap on the "Configure" option.

2. Click on the top right green settings icon.

3. Scroll down to find "Device Tokens Remaining" and tap on the green "Purchase" button.

4. Under the "Wallet" section, click on the "Add Funds" icon.

5. Use the dropdown list to choose the amount of credits you wish to add and click "Proceed."

6. Click on the "Proceed to Payment" button.

7. Select your preferred payment method.

8. Enter your payment card details as requested and click "Done."

9. The credits you've purchased will now be reflected in your wallet.

1. Open the G-web app and tap the device you want to top up.

2. Tap on the "Configure" option.

3. Click on the top right green settings icon.

4. Scroll down to "Device Tokens Remaining" and tap on the type of tokens you wish to buy, choosing between SMS tokens or call tokens. Please pay careful attention to your token type you selected, as once tokens are purchased, the action cannot be reversed.

5. Use the "+" button to increase the number of tokens you want until you're satisfied with the quantity.

6. Once you've decided on the amount, click on "Top up tokens" to finalize your purchase.

7. The tokens you've purchased will now show up in the G-web app. If you don't see them, please click on the "refresh" button to update the the currant balance. 

* When checking your current tokens balance in the app, you should always click on "refresh" first. This ensures the displayed balance is updated .
