If the LCK/STP LED is off, it indicates that the holiday lockout feature has been activated. If no auxiliary device is connected to the LCK/STP terminal, this could be due to a remote button being incorrectly programmed, a disconnected wire from the LCK/STP terminal, or an active timebar setup in the ChronoGuard menu.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Unlocking with the Remote (if activated via a remote)

    - Press the same Nova remote button that may have activated the holiday lock.
- Test each button on your remote until the LCK/STP LED on the PC board illuminates, indicating the lock has been deactivated.

If the original Nova button cannot be identified:

   3. Resetting the Board (If triggered by an auxiliary device or wire removal from the LCK/STP terminal)

    - Perform a factory default via the General Settings menu. Steps for factory default can be found here .
- Alternatively, deactivate the lockout by connecting a wire bridge between the LCK and COM terminals.

   4. Checking ChronoGuard Settings

    - Review and delete any active timebars under the ChronoGuard menu:
ChronoGuard → Delete All Time Periods and Exclusions → Yes.
