How to Power Up the RDO Digital Garage Operator for the First Time and How to Setup the Operator

- Powering Up:
When the PCB (Controller) is powered on for the first time, the segment display will show "DL" (Door Left). This indicates that the system is asking you to select the side of the door where the motor is installed.
Select Motor Side:
Setting the Close Limit (CL):
- After selecting "DR," the display will prompt for the "CL" (Close Limit).
- Press and hold the – button to move the door to the fully closed position.
- Once the door reaches the closed position, release the – button and press the Confirm button.
- The door will perform a short up-and-down movement to verify the closed position.
Setting the Open Limit (OL):
- Next, the display will show "OL" (Open Limit).
- Press and hold the + button to move the door to the fully open position.
- Once the door reaches the open position, release the + button and press the Confirm button.
- The door will perform a short down-and-up movement to verify the open position.
Force Learn (FL):
- The display will now show "FL" (Force Learn).
- Press and release the Confirm button to initiate force learning.
- The door will automatically run to the closed position and then open again to check the limits.
Completion:
- After the door reaches the open position, the display will show a "." (dot), indicating that the limit setup is complete.
