Step-by-Step Guide: Connecting to Your Smart Sliding Motor via the MyCentsys Pro App
- Follow these simple steps to pair your SMART Sliding Motor Using the MyCentsys Pro App
Step 1: Download the MyCentsys Pro App
If you haven’t done so yet, download the MyCentsys Pro app from your phone’s app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
Step 2: Log In or Create an Account
- If you already have an account, simply log in using your credentials. If you don't have an account, you will need to create one by entering your personal details and accepting the terms and conditions.
Step 3: Enable Bluetooth and Location
- Once you are logged in, ensure that both Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone. Additionally, verify that the MyCentsys Pro App has the necessary permissions enabled in your phone’s settings.
Step 4: Scan for Nearby Devices
- The app will automatically scan for nearby devices. When your Smart Sliding Motor appears under the "Available Operators" list, tap on it to begin the pairing process.
Step 5: Toggle the Manual Override
- If this is your first time connecting to the Smart Motor through the MyCentsys Pro App, you will be prompted to toggle the manual override. Open the manual override for at least 2 seconds, then close it to initiate the pairing process.
Step 6: Perform a Firmware Update (if applicable)
- If your motor is not running the latest firmware, the app will prompt you to perform a firmware update before proceeding. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Step 7: Set the Motor's Limits
