Summary

Auto Close automatically closes the gate after it has been opened and the preset Auto Close time has elapsed. This feature improves security by ensuring the gate is not accidentally left open. The Auto Close timer can be configured using the MyCentsys Pro app for both SMART and SMART Plus operators.

Configuring Auto Close in the MyCentsys Pro App Guide

Step 1: Connect to the Operator

  1. Open the MyCentsys Pro app.
  2. Connect to the operator you want to configure.

Step 2: Open the Settings Menu

  1. Once connected, tap the three dots at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select Settings.

Step 3: Navigate to Trigger Settings

  1. In the Settings menu, tap Triggers.
  2. You will find the different triggers available
  3. Select the trigger you want to configure Auto Close

Step 4: Enable Auto Close

  1. Scroll down until you find the Auto Close option.
  2. Tap the slider to enable Auto Close.

Step 5: Set the Auto Close Time

  1. Tap the blue time value.
  2. Adjust the desired closing time by scrolling the time selector up or down.
  3. Confirm your selection.

Step 6: Review Additional Auto Close Settings

  1. Continue scrolling down to view any additional Auto Close settings.
  2. Adjust these settings if required for your installation.

Step 7: Save the Configuration

  1. Tap the back arrow in the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. Continue tapping the back arrow until you return to the main screen.
  3. Wait for the app to validate and synchronize the new settings with the operator.

Step 8: Test the Auto Close Function

  1. Open the gate.
  2. Verify that the Auto Close countdown starts.
  3. Confirm that the gate automatically closes once the countdown has elapsed.

 

Step 9: Verify Operation

  • Ensure the Auto Close function operates using the configured time.
  • If the gate closes automatically after the set delay, the Auto Close feature has been successfully configured.
