Device logs contain device activity information, for example, device signal strength. Once you have accessed your G-Ultra/G Speak Ultra device, click on ''logs'', on the menu located on the left hand side of your page.
Upon accessing your device logs page, three tabs will be visible above your device logs. You can select to either export, synch or refresh logs on the device. You have the option to export your logs in excel, pdf and cvc format. To upload log data from the device, you can click on sync logs. Once logs have synched click on refresh to view the updated logs.
To ensure that latest log data has synced on the device, navigate to device status and click on sync details
Upon accessing sync details, ensure that log quantity is on 0, which will indicate that all updated logs have synced.
Device logs can be filtered on your browser page by clicking on the the dropdown arrows, next to log headings.
