How do I configure an incoming call for "Missed Call" activation?

To configure the incoming call action to Missed Call, do the following;

  1. Select the device to be configured on the "My Devices" page.
  2. Once device has been accessed, click on "Access Profile". This is located on the menu on the left hand side of the page.
  3. Click on the activations icon adjacent to the profile name to be configured.
  4. Click on calls
  5. Select Missed Called, Select Enable and click edit to configure a button.
  6. Select one or more of the available outputs and configure the type of action.
  7. If required, select a time window on the time window dropdown. The default is set to "Anytime"
  8. Click Update.
