How do I configure an incoming call for DTMF Activation?
To configure the incoming call action to DTMF, do the following;
- Select the device to be configured on the "My Devices" page.
- Once device has been accessed, click on "Access Profile". This is located on the menu on the left hand side of the page.
- Click on the activations icon adjacent to the the profile name to be configured.
- Click on calls
- Select DTMF, Select Enable and click edit to configure a button.
- Select one or more of the available outputs and configure the type of action
- If required, select a time window on the time window dropdown. The default is set to "Anytime"
- Click Update.
