How do I add a secondary user from the G-WEB website
If you are the primary user of a specific Ultra device and would like to add a secondary user to view or adjust settings on the device using their own G-Web account, please follow the steps below:
Prerequisite Check:
- Ensure the user being added as a secondary user has an existing G-WEB profile. Kindly click HERE for the steps on how to register a G-web profile.
- Note that the system only allows one primary user and one secondary user per device.
- Only the primary user has the authority to add a secondary user.
- Secondary users cannot add or transfer a device.
The below steps can then be followed to add a secondary user:
- Scroll to the right on your "my devices" page and select secondary user on the relevant device.
- Enter the profile e-mail address of the secondary user and tap validate.
- Select the permission which the user will have.
- Tap Add user.
