Step 1: Check Your Remote - (if enabled with a remote)
If your remote was programmed to activate the holiday lock, press the same button again to deactivate it. If you're unsure which button was programmed, test each button on your remote until the issue is resolved. When unlocked, the LCK/STP LED on the motor’s PC board will light up.
Step 2: Program a New Remote Button if needed - (if enabled with a remote)
If you can’t locate the remote that activated holiday lock, you can program an unused button on a remote to control this feature:
- Program the new button for the holiday lock function.
- Press the newly programmed button to deactivate holiday lock mode.
- After deactivating, remove this button from your remote by navigating to Remotes > Delete Remote > Delete Remote Button in the app or control panel.
Step 3: Reset to Factory Settings - (if enabled by removing wire)
Alternatively, you can deactivate holiday lock by resetting the board to factory defaults:
1. Go to the General Settings menu and select the option to reset to factory defaults.
Step 4: Use a Wire Bridge - (if enabled by removing wire)
If needed, you can also deactivate the holiday lock by connecting a wire bridge between the LCK and COM inputs.
