Gate Opens by Itself

Possible causes: 

Permanent trigger input

Faulty receiver

 

Possible solutions: 

Check for latched receiver or latched house pushbutton. Check if TRG light is on for a permanent trigger  

Intermittent fault on pushbutton line (underground joint with moisture build-up)

Outside transmitter with the same code (typically only possible with compatible remotes – QD black / TSM etc))
