How to wire a G-Ultra to a D3 SMART sliding gate operator

The below is a diagram  of a G-Ultra wired to  a Centurion D3 SMART sliding gate operator. This configuration will allow for gate activation on trigger and pedestrian inputs of the gate operator.

The configuration depicted below will only allow for triggering of the device. It will not allow for any output notification, as the D3 sliding operator does not have a gate status monitoring output.
