Entry Panel Relay not Triggering When Gate Button is Pressed on Handset

Possible causes: 

Low voltage

Wrong group selected

Wiring issues 

Faulty push button at the handset

 

Possible solutions: 

Make sure that the supplied voltage is 12 v dc

​Check correct group (1 or 2) is selected on Entry Panel

Double check the wiring and for any loose connections

Check the wiring for any moisture or corrosion.

Check line voltage at the gate station is above 6.8V between 1&2

Replace handset
