Possible causes: 

Physical obstruction

Incorrect spring balance or incorrect door balance

Low obstruction force setting

Incorrect limit adjustment  

 

Possible solutions: 

Disengage XTrac from door and check for obstructions

Disengage XTrac from door and check for correct spring balance

Check for correct safety obstruction force adjustment settings

Check for correct close limit adjustment

Door may be incorrectly balanced
