D-Smart Sliding Gate Motor Fails to Close When Triggered After Auto-Close in Condominium Mode or Pirac-Control Activation

D-Smart Sliding Gate Motor Fails to Close When Triggered After Auto-Close in Condominium Mode or Pirac-Control Activation

Possible Causes:
- Obstacles blocking the beams.
- Depleted battery life in Centurion Systems Photon Smart Beams.
- Battery life issues with the transmitter beam and incorrect wiring of the receiver, typically found in Centurion Systems Photon Standard Beams.
- Incorrect wiring or broken wires when using Centurion Systems i5 Beams.
- Activation of the "keep open" function.
- Motor experiencing collisions or obstructions.

Possible Solutions:
- Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the beams.
- Verify the battery life of Centurion Systems Photon Smart Beams.
- Check the battery life of the transmitter beam and ensure the receiver is correctly wired with no broken or loose wires (applicable to Centurion Systems Photon Standard Beams).
- Confirm that the beams are wired as per the manual and check for any broken wires (specific to Centurion Systems i5 Beams).
- Ensure the "keep open" function is not activated.
Inspect for collisions by confirming if the gate is running smoothly and that there is nothing physically obstructing the gate, e.g. dirt or stones on the rail, rack pressing down on the pinion, bad rack joints, etc
